2. What We Offer

We currently offer the following products and services:

• Doozy Hug — a smart infant comfort device inspired by Kangaroo Care, for babies aged 0–5 months. Currently available for free home trials in the Netherlands only. Commercial launch planned for early spring 2027.
• Doozy App — a baby tracking and parenting support app with personalised insights using AI, for children aged 0–3 years. Currently in MVP trial phase in the United States. Beta launching in the Netherlands, USA & UK in August/September 2026 on the App Store and Google Play.

When you submit a form on doozybaby.nl — such as the free trial sign-up, waitlist, or contact form — your details are collected and used solely to respond to your request. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

3. Doozy Hug — Free Trial Terms (Netherlands Only)

3.1 Eligibility

The Doozy Hug free home trial is open to parents and caregivers in the Netherlands with a baby aged 0–5months. Expecting parents may also sign up and will be contacted to schedule a trial once their baby is born.

3.2 Trial Format

Upon confirmation, a Doozy Baby team member will deliver the Doozy Hug to your home and provide a product walkthrough, safety briefing, and usage instructions before the trial begins.

You may choose one of the following trial windows:

• Half-Day Access — approximately 4 to 6 hours
• Full-Day Access — approximately 10 to 12 hours

During this time, you may use the Doozy Hug freely as many times as needed. The Doozy Hug includes a 45-minute session alarm as a safety reminder. Upon the alarm, you should either transfer your baby to their crib if they have fallen asleep, or bring them back into your arms.

At the end of your chosen window, the Doozy Baby team member will collect the product. There is nothing to return by post.

3.3 Participant Responsibilities

By participating in the free trial, you agree to:

• Use the Doozy Hug for supervised use only. Your baby must be monitored at all times.
• Follow all safety and usage instructions provided in the user manual.
• Handle the Doozy Hug with care and return it in good condition for future families to try.
• Complete the feedback questionnaire at the end of your trial.
• Not share, post, or disclose any unpublished information about the Doozy Hug on social media or public forums without prior written permission from Doozy Baby.

3.4 Product Status & Safety

The Doozy Hug is currently in its demo and trial phase and is not a commercially available product. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice or care. It has been designed and developed to the quality and safety standards of ISO 13485, though it is not classified as a medical device.

Doozy B.V. accepts no liability for any damage, loss, or injury arising from misuse, unsupervised use, or failure to follow the safety instructions provided. By participating, you accept full responsibility for supervising your baby at all times during the trial.

In the event of damage to the Doozy Hug resulting from misuse or negligence during the trial, Doozy B.V. reserves the right to assess the damage and discuss this with the participant. Normal wear during appropriate use is fully accepted.

3.5 Early Kangaroo Deal

Participants who complete the free trial and the feedback questionnaire will receive an exclusive Early Kangaroo Deal — 15% off the purchase price of the Doozy Hug at our commercial launch in early spring 2027.Since your current baby will have outgrown the Doozy Hug by the time of our 2027 launch, the Early Kangaroo Deal is intended for use when your next baby arrives.

The Early Kangaroo Deal is:

• Valid for up to two years from the date of your trial participation
• Non-transferable and for personal use only. Exceptions may apply under certain circumstances only —please discuss with Team Doozy.
• Subject to completing both the trial and the feedback questionnaire
• Not applicable to the current trial — there is no purchase option at this stage

4. Doozy App Trial Terms (United States, Netherlands & United Kingdom)

4.1 Eligibility

Both Doozy App trial formats are open to parents, legal guardians, and primary caregivers who are at least 18years of age and have a child aged 0–3 years in their care.

• The Doozy App MVP Trial is currently available to all eligible participants based in the United States. Anyone may sign up.
• The Doozy App Beta Trial is by invitation only and currently available to participants based in the Netherlands, United States, and United Kingdom. To express your interest, please contact us athello@doozybaby.nl.

4.2a Doozy App MVP Trial (United States only)

The MVP trial involves exploring the Doozy App MVP in a remote session of approximately 30 to 60 minutes, conducted with a Doozy team member.

To make the most of your session, you may optionally bring notes or recollections of your baby's recent routines, such as sleep, feeding, and diaper patterns from the past 2–3 days.

The Doozy App MVP is a prototype only. No personal data can be entered or is collected during the session.

4.2b Doozy App Beta Trial (Netherlands, United States & United Kingdom)

The beta trial involves downloading and independently using the Doozy App on your personal device. Participants are invited to explore the app naturally as they would in real life — logging their baby's sleep, feeding, diaper changes, and daily moments.

During the beta trial, the following data will be collected:

• Parent profile — name, age
• Baby profile — name, age, weight, height, and head circumference
• Activity logs — sleep, feeding, diaper changes, and moment entries
• App usage data via Firebase Analytics — including screen visits, feature interactions, and session duration

By downloading and using the Doozy App beta, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, confirmed at account creation. Full details of how this data is collected, stored, and protected are set out in our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Participant Responsibilities

By participating in either Doozy App trial format, you agree to:

• Complete the session or trial period in full and provide honest feedback via the feedback questionnaire
• Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the parent or legal guardian of the child whose information you are entering
• Not share, post, or disclose screenshots, screen recordings, or any unpublished information about the Doozy App on social media, messaging platforms, or public forums without prior written permission from Doozy Baby
• Not use the Doozy App MVP or beta for any purpose other than personal testing and feedback

4.4 App Status

The Doozy App MVP and beta are for testing and research purposes only and do not represent the final commercial product. Doozy B.V. accepts no liability for any decisions made based on information or interactions within either version.

Any guidance or insights generated by the Doozy App, including responses from our AI parenting companion, are for general informational purposes only. Our AI parenting companion draws from trusted and credible sources, including guidelines from recognised parenting and child health authorities. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns regarding your child or for yourself as a parent.

4.5 Early Kangaroo Deal

Participants who complete the Doozy App MVP trial session and feedback questionnaire will receive an exclusive Early Kangaroo Deal — 35% off a yearly Premium subscription when the Doozy App launches commercially on the App Store and Google Play in August/September 2026.

The Early Kangaroo Deal is:

• Valid for 6 months from the date of the Doozy App commercial launch
• Non-transferable and for personal use only. Exceptions may apply under certain circumstances only —please discuss with Team Doozy.
• Subject to completing both the MVP trial session and the feedback questionnaire
• Applicable to the yearly Premium subscription tier only

Doozy App Beta Users (Netherlands, United States & United Kingdom) receive 2 weeks of free access to the full Doozy App. After this period, the app reverts to the free tier. Premium features require a paid subscription. Current subscription pricing is available on the App Store and Google Play. Participants who refer another eligible caregiver may also qualify for additional referral benefits, details of which will be communicated separately.
